The president and founder of the firm, Mr. Ramez Zalat, Engineer, M.B.A., holds a bachelor degree in Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal (1978).  He also holds a Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from McGill University (1985), as well as a Management Certificate in CADD/CAM Environment, from Cégep du Vieux Montréal (1988). He has also been trained on the Lean approach as well as on Six Sigma.

His professional career has allowed him to acquire, since 1978, a valuable expertise in consulting-engineering and management, in both industrial and construction fields.

He has also regularly participated as animator of conferences and training programs on Business Process Management, automation and implementation of Information Technologies, Quality Management and the Lean approach (Université de Montréal, École Polytechnique de Montréal, CADD/CAM and Automation symposiums, conferences of UniForum, conferences of the Institute of Product Development, conference on Police and Information Technology, corporate training).

The personnel of the firm is made of qualified professionals, who stay aware of new technological developments and care about their impact on the business processes and the working environment.  Also, when required, they seek the assistance of other professionals having complementary skills and expertise.

Project teams at MANAVUE INC. are mainly composed of Engineers, having a complementary background in Business and Process Management, as well as Technology Management. Whenever required, technicians and specialists in training and organizational development will join  the project teams.








 
   Terra Humana
     

Terra Humana provides consulting services on environmental, conservation, and social issues for organizations that seek to reduce their environmental footprint and want to get involved in their local community. Terra Humana works directly with you to find solutions that will ensure the long-term viability of your organization by solidifying your environmental, social, and economic foundations. 

Isabelle-Anne Bisson, Ph.D. is the Co-Founder and President of Terra Humana. She has over 15 years of experience as a consultant, project developer and leader for projects around the world.

Recently, she acted as a commissioner with the Bureau d'Audiences Publiques sur l'Environnement (BAPE) to evaluate the viability of a project in Quebec within environmental, social, and economical contexts; the three pillars of sustainability. She headed a USAID-funded project in Uganda from 2010-2013. She holds a Ph.D. and has completed two research positions at the Smithsonian Institution and Princeton University. Isabelle has completed a Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) training course.
